We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Operations Assistant, Main Treasury.

Principal Responsibilities
  • To deal with bulk cash deposits and withdrawal transactions and input data of cash transactions to the system
  • To be responsible for the delivery of cash boxes, coins, flag day collections to and from cash vehicles, and to check and sign for acknowledgements
  • To load and unload pallets and boxes with notes and coins
  • To transport boxes to and from different areas by utilizing fork-lift and fork-lift trucks
  • To maintain proper usage of fork-lift and fork-lift truck, be responsible for the truck keys and keep truck in good working condition
  • To perform other clerical duties and non-clerical duties as required
Requirements
  • Experience in cash handling
  • Experience in manual handling
  • Able to handle repetitive loading and unloading of heavy inventory
  • Good interpersonal skills and good team player
