Job Description

Develop and implement a cohesive global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.Lead the recruitment strategy for executive-level positions, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and goals.Oversight of Recruitment Activity: Provide guidance, monitor, and oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.Oversee employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice on a global scale.Lead global recruitment campaigns, optimizing for efficiency, diversity, and quality of hires.Establish and standardize talent acquisition and workforce planning processes across the organization.Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs, ensuring the timely filling of roles with the right talent.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or MBA is preferred.A minimum of 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership role on a global scale.Global experience.Workforce planning experience will be an added advantage.Proficient in Chinese and English.
