Your responsibilities•Great business partnering: This role will need to build relationships (virtually and in-person) with the Taicang Manufacturing community, as well as the global IT communities. Should also be able to function at an operational level and capable of building tangible and sustainable relationships with the key personnel within the factory and on the shop floor.
•Participate in the analysis, implementation, and secondary development of the factory MES system; responsible for the import and subsequent maintenance management of the MES system; responsible for the development of MES system-related documents, user manuals, and related training; familiar with production business processes, able to independently complete MES system functional design; ensure the stable operation of the MES system, collect, investigate, and handle various data to ensure data accuracy.
•Actively understand user business, proactively identify potential needs, and provide appropriate solutions to help users automate and simplify workflow or requirements.
•Collect opinions and suggestions on the use of IT services, products, systems, automation, and simplification solutions, and complete the organization and classification of information; analyze and evaluate the information collected daily, determine the priority of items that need improvement in related solutions; based on the analysis and evaluation results, develop effective solutions to improve user satisfaction.
•Track project implementation progress in a timely manner, handle unexpected events or risks promptly, and ensure that projects are strictly executed according to schedule.
•Ensure global technical and information standards are always implemented and complied with
