Role Overview:

As a BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Energy Engineer, you will apply your expertise in utility-scale energy storage to contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge energy storage solutions. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing energy efficiency, reliability, and sustainability for our client's projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, evaluate, and optimize battery energy storage systems for large-scale energy applications.

• Conduct in-depth analyses to assess system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate BESS solutions into broader clean energy systems and projects.

• Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends in energy storage to inform project strategies and innovation.

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients and stakeholders, ensuring their energy storage needs are met effectively and sustainably.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in the design and implementation of utility-scale battery energy storage systems.

• Strong technical knowledge of BESS technologies, applications, and industry standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the aptitude to collaborate across various disciplines and cultures.

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
