Managing and developing business of the key accounts and to help achieving annual sales target set by the company. Timely deliver the business analysis and reviews with key accounts and timing collection of accounts from key accounts based on agreed trading terms & DSO days as stipulated internally.

• Responsible for the achievement of target set for key accounts

• Manage fixed and promotional budgets for key accounts

• Responsible for leading, motivating and coaching staff to achieve set objectives.

• To liaise with and draw cooperation from other departments\sections on matters related to coordination and implementation of sales and marketing activities.

• To liaise with and build a strategic relationship with key accounts.

• To conduct business reviews with main key accounts

• To keep abreast with the most current issues in key accounts and to negotiate with key accounts on trading terms, promotional matters and distribution centre

• To formulate and implement key account plans for the development of key accounts business.

• Co-ordinate data management and new projects

• Category management selling with category and differentiated channel insight
