Who we are looking for:

A skilled and self-motivated candidate at associate level, who will work early shift (start from 7:30am Beijing time) and be responsible to perform client reporting, and query management to ensure BAU delivery to meet the requirement.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Work in APAC hours and process customized client reports for APAC region
  • Take care of various queries from clients and RMs
  • Identify opportunities of process improvement
  • Communicate with different stakeholders with geographic difference.
  • Retain motivation in learning business and technology knowledge

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • English language skill on reading and writing
  • At lease two yearsâ experience from a financial service environment
