We are looking for a NPM Buyer in our location Xuhui Distinct, Shanghai.

 

Your Task:

  • Responsible for purchasing activities for Machines & Equipment, according to Purchasing Directives, Policy and KPIs.
  • RFQs, supplier selection and negotiation of price and T&Cs, contracting and implementation.
  • Issue Purchase Orders in the respective system.
  • Support, quote, manage and present sourcing cases according to purchasing policy.
  • Support negotiations and contract development with strategic and acceptable suppliers.
  • Achieve annual KPI’s for cost reduction, approved payment terms, strategic supplier content, supplier consolidation, framework contracts and other annual KPI’s as assigned by management.
  • Support key commodity initiatives and work with other commodity groups on cross commodity projects such as equipment moves and equipment refurbishments.    

 

Your Profile:

  • Experience in non-production purchasing (commodity and/or operations), supplier development, operations or equivalent.
  • Experience with handling negotiations and know how regarding principles and techniques of Purchasing.
  • Technical / engineering education background.
  • English verbal and written skills.
