Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Support OBGYN team leader in the development of brand strategy, customer engagement plan and operational plan
  • Engage national KOLs in targeted therapeutic areas and maintain good cooperation with NKOLs and collect customer insights
  • Take a test & learn approach to design and optimize channel development plans to meet emerging business needs and support brand strategy
  • Lead and implement national projects and work streams

Qualification/Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, medicine or pharmaceutical background preferred
  • Advanced level of customer and market insights, problem solving and productive communication
  • Applying level of strategic business management
  • Willing to travel including on weekends
