What is the job about?  

This role is designed with a mixed responsibility with 2 primary focus

  • Responsible for design and implement the country level plan for DE&I, Employee Engagement and Well-being, Grundfos culture or other program with focus on creating a positive and engaging environment to work, learn and grow in country level, and be a strong connection with Global.
  • Being a solid contributor with support HR transactional delivery in GCS (Changshu Plant) and as a partner for plant HR.

 

Your main responsibilities:  

Country level focus

  • DE&I Initiatives: Design and enable diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at country level, with alignment between global/division/country/plants. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and implement DE&I programs and practices. Also create an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and have equal opportunities for growth.
  • Employee Engagement and Well-being: Leverage the global portfolio of Wellbeing and engagement programs and initiatives and adjust where needed for local implementation. Develop and implement specific local programs and initiatives when required, that promotes employee well-being and work-life balance to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity in the country.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for improving our Employee Value proposition (EVP) forward, e.g. Employer branding.
  • Grundfos Culture/CSR: Collaborate with local forum, with translating the Grundfos values and purpose into local activities, related to community and sustainability activities, to assist improve the quality of life for our own people and the communities we are part of.

Changshu Plant focus

  • Onboarding & Offboarding:

Support on the pre-onboard process (Group ID application and send notice for PC, Phone, E-mail account applications etc.)

Support on Labor Contract/Agreement etc. signing process and file archiving Support on offboarding process (Send offboarding package to the people manager, raise termination ticket after the last working day confirmed)

Contract management (Contract renewal /Probation evaluation follow-up)

  • Personal File & Master Data Maintenance & HR Report:

Local master data upload

Maintain the onsite personal file per compliance requirement

Support on Monthly report including Headcount, Turnover, Availability etc.

Coordinate Commercial Insurance information with China Benefits

  • Outsourced Employee Management support

Support on outsourced recruitment

Support on onboarding and offboarding for outsourced employee

Settlement of outsourced labor costs

  • Other HR task Supporting

Changshu Plant Activities Support e.g: EMS survey, operations townhall,    training, Benefit Committee activity etc.

 

Your background

  • Bachelor degree in related major
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Good English and MS Office
  • 5 years + HR Generalist Working experience in foreign enterprises is prefer
  • Genuine passion for HR
  • Skilled at collaboration and highly motivated individual

  • Willingness to take over responsibility, show initiative, engagement and creativity
