PHE Order Engineer

We are looking for a expert who will overall responsible for BU BPU and Line order projects in all respects i.e. cost, time, quality and scope of obligations. To manage the project within the framework of the budget, time schedule, quality and scope, contributing to the overall sales result and customer satisfaction.

• Drive PHE order management including documentation and arrangement of shipments making sure deliverable on time in full and meet customer request. Secure customer feedback and make sure that documentation is updated accordingly
• Keep transparent communication with markets and Project Centers
• Actively follow up with Alfa Laval for order status and drive prioritization if necessary.
• Agile and tirelessly on support market to meet customer delivery plan to reduce project management cost from market.
• Protect IPR and establish thermal application database, equipment install-base and channel management database for PHE, including business analyse.
• Edit technical documentation with Tetra Pak technical and application data as well as service requirement with relevant customer product information.
• Support the claim process where necessary.
• Drive improvement of maintenance recommendation together with technical team for PHE
• Order management for standalone Coiled heat exchanger.
• This position will be located in Kunshan, China and reporting to the Heat Exchanger Product Category Manager.

To build and maintain successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you, and capability to handle conflicts and finding common grounds in challenging situations. 
• Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority as well as a natural seniority. 
• To be successful in this position you have experience from order management and SAP on sales administration, excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You probably have a university degree within science and engineering, experiences or background from flow or thermal design is merit.
• Bachelor level or equivalent Project Management is required. 
• You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
