Key Responsibilities

 

·       Conduct the requirements collection during the implementation phase.

·       Engage the stakeholders to understand client’s business requirements & technology strategy

·       Interview with business users, gather & confirm business requirements and prepare the structured business requirement documents

·       Clarify KPI logics, provide detail & clear KPI definitions and communicate with developers

·       Conduct gap analysis between the AS-IS landscape against the envisioned TO-BE state

·       Work on analysis works, work out simplification solution, and present it to the client for their acceptance

·       Manage / support the client’s projects following client’s project delivery process

·       Requirement Documentation

·       Provide user training

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree or above

·       At least 5-8 hands-on experiences in BI field

·       Experience in Life Science Project, strong knowledge of Life Science Sales & Marketing Data domain, familiar with life science CRM, Sales Performance data domain.

·       Experience on managing customers’ expectations, such as the prioritization of business demands from different departments.

·       Experience on KPI design & data lineage analysis is big plus

·       Professional team lead with good communication skill

·       Prior management consulting and team management experience

·       Capability on the structured requirement document

·       The experience on using Tableau/Power BI tools is a plus

·       Strong communication, writing and presentation skills and interpersonal skills

·       Familiar with BI project development life cycle, project management experience is plus

·       Familiar with SQL language, excel, PowerPoint etc.

·       Understand with Redshift/SQL Server/ MySQL

·       Fluent English
