1. Responsibility of Safety安全职责
- Observe the company EHS policy, procedures and working instructions.
- 遵守公司EHS政策、程序和工作指令；
- As assist of production supervisor, take overall responsibility for the safety of the shift team, coordinate to solve all the EHS issues in his/her shift, and report all the existing issues to his/her supervisor.
- 作为生产主管助理，领导班组安全生产工作，协调解决班组安全生产工作中存在的问题，并及时将存在的问题向主管领导汇报。
- Assume liabilities to implement management programs and carry out the modification actions within the working area, to ensure that the EHS performance is improved continuously.
- 在工作区域内实施管理程序和执行整改措施，确保EHS工作的持续改进；
- Organize and participate in the relevant safety activities, e.g. safety short talks to emphasize safety before, during and after working;
- 组织并参加有关的安全活动，如安全谈话：班前讲安全、班中检查安全、班后总结安全；
- Educate the employee on job safety, and as mentor candidates for fresh operators.
- 提供员工岗位安全培训，作为新进员工的师傅候选人。
- Maintain good housekeeping in the area around the workstations.
- 维护装置内良好的环境卫生。
- Routinely inspect the workplace for potential hazards and eliminate thereof.
- 定期检查日常工作场所的潜在危险，并采取适当行动消除它;
- Attend all EHS training as required.
- 根据安排，参加所有EHS培训工作；
- Assist colleagues with EHS requirements.
- 帮助同事执行相关EHS规定；
- Have the responsibility for promptly reporting to direct supervisor in case of any incidents and near miss or exposure to hazardous substances.
- 出现事故或未遂事故以及危险物质暴露时，立即上报直接主管；
- Always practice good housekeeping and keep workplace clean.
- 保持工作场所的整洁；
- Fulfill other specific requirements according to BCCS procedures.
- 按照BCCS程序承担其它特定要求。
- Familiarize themselves with MSDS of hazardous substances within workplace.
- 熟悉其工作场所存在的危害物质的安全材料数据表；
- Understand the plant’s SHE regulations and QC&QA standards and apply them in operation to ensure the safety and quality.
- 理解装置安全规范和质量控制/保证标准，并将其运用到工艺操作中来，确保安全和质量。
- Prepare for job, verify the safety condition, and issue the safety work permit per authorization.
- 完成作业前的准备工作、确认安全条件并按照授权签发安全作业许可证；
- Communicate the hazard (e.g. hazardous substances in workplace, specific risk related to the job) with group members and contractors;
- 与小组成员及承包商沟通存在的危害(如工作场所危险物质或与作业本身相关的特定风险)；
- To take EHS requirements into consideration prior to any activity or work to make sure that the launching work is safe to prevent/minimize the safety risk, environment pollution and other potential hazards.
- 在开始任何一项作业或工作前，必须考虑EHS 要求，确保工作安全地开展。防止出现/尽量降低安全风险、环境污染或其他隐患；
- Develop safe working skills and habits.
- 培养安全工作技能和习惯；
- Inform their supervisions of any hazard, unsafe condition, or unsafe behaviors.
- 向主管报告发现的危险、不安全状态或不安全行为；
- Responsible for fire prevention requirements implementation in his/her shift.
- 负责监督落实与本班组工作有关的消防安全制度的执行和落实;
- Organize routing fire prevention inspection in his/her shift.
- 负责组织落实本班组员工实施每日岗位消防安全自查和防火巡查;
- In the case of emergency, take effective and necessary actions in accordance with Emergency Response Procedure and report to Plant Manager.
- 在紧急情况发生时，按照应急响应程序要求时采取必要和有效的措施，并汇报给装置经理。
- As the emergency response team member and shift Emergency response contact person, responsible for communicating and coordinating with ERC and/or other relevant plant in the case of emergency.
- 作为应急响应小组成员和班组应急响应联络人，在发生紧急情况的时候负责与应急响应中心或/和其他有关装置联系与协调
2.Management of Major Hazardous Source重大危险源管理
- Carry out double prevention task(risk classification and hazards finding) for Major Hazardous Source and implement inspection very shift.
- 落实重大危险源双预防(风险分级及隐患排查)排查工作，做好每班巡查。
- Supervise and guide shift members to implement inspection of Major Hazardous Source
- 督促并指导班员完成每班重大危险源巡检工作
3. Daily Production 日常生产
- In terms of the production plan and the guidelines of plant management, to make sure the shift operation work is in line with plant EHS manual, plant operation manual, and BCCS EHS manual.
- 按照生产计划和装置管理层的指示，保证轮班班组在操作过程中符合装置EHS手册，装置操作手册及BCCS的EHS手册的要求。
- Engage operation of Alkoxylation process, take all responsibility of production coordination out of fixed working hours. According to the complexity and response scope, contact plant management for direction when production problem occurs.
- 从事烷氧基化工艺操作，在常日班工作时间之外对生产协调负责，出现问题时根据复杂程度和责任范围联系装置管理层以得到意见和指示。
- In command of shift operators, take the initiative to solve the operation problems.
- 指挥班组中的操作员，积极着手解决操作中出现的问题。
- Cooperate and communicate with plant, maintenance, QM, Logistic, EHS and other relevant plats closely when on duty.
- 当班过程中，紧密地与装置，维修部，实验室，物流部，EHS部门及其他相关的装置进行合作和沟通。
- Lead shift to operate the facilities, valve, instruments and DCS system in line with operation manual. Ensure the operator to inspect and maintain the capacity of facilities.
- 按照装置操作手册，带领轮班班组操作装置的设备阀门仪表仪器和DCS系统。保证操作人员检查和维护装置的设备和设施性能。
- Follow QM and QC procedure of plant strictly during production processing. Inspect the production quality of different work procedure on time to ensure the final production qualified.
- 在生产过程中严格按照装置的QM和QC程序，按时检查不同工序的产品质量，保证最终产品合格。
- Save the record production data, management direction and other stat. data in terms of operation manual when on duty. Doing the hand over properly, describe in shift logbook.
- 当班过程中按照操作手册保存和记录生产数据，管理层的指示和其他统计数据，做好接班班组的交接，不仅口头交班，而且要在记录中进行描述。
- After the handover, check shift logbook, temporary changes of safety measure, permit record and plant patrol in time to get the details of all key operations of last shift.
- 在交接班结束后应及时查验倒班日志，巡检记录本，临时修改安全措施登记表，许可证记录和现场巡检，以掌握上一个班组的所有关键操作活动。
- Take the responsibility of shift supervision, train the shift, distribute the assignment, evaluate the shift performance, and recommend to management team.
- 承担管理和监督轮班班组的所有行动和人员的责任。对下属进行工作岗位上的培训包括操作和安全培训，向下属分配任务，评估他们的业绩及向管理层推荐。
- Organize enough on duty shift members.
- 组织班组的足够出勤人数。
- Taker over the other tasks assigned from plant management.
- 承担装置管理层指派的其他任务。

Requirements:
- Education: Vocational School or above education in chemical engineering or related discipline
- 中专或以上学历，化学工程或相关专业。
- Working Experience: >5years of shift management experience in chemical manufacturing
- 5年以上化工公司的班组管理经验
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Alternatively completed education with outstanding results as chemical plant operator in specialized school, Basic English and computer skills, good interpersonal skills.
- 在专科学校有化工工厂操作员相关配套教育并获得出色成绩，基本英语及电脑技能，良好的人际沟通能力。
