Job Description

Strategic and Business planning responsibilities:

  • Support critical annual business planning and budget process.
  • Work closely with senior leadership teams and support cross-functional coordination such as brand team, sales team, medical team and etc. to deliver integrated solution based on business objective.
  • Prepare high impactful business presentations for various critical occasions.

Coordinate and drive strategic initiatives and critical projects to enable business growth:

  • Identify business growth opportunity, assess the opportunity potential, and turn strategy into reality and drive business outcomes
  • Plan and execute the critical projects that
  • Coordinate & support strategic update for BU leadership team on key performance indicator status, sales performance, sales risk estimation, etc. to follow the strategic initiatives.
  • Enable BU leadership team to evaluate and track sales performance and brand plan effectiveness through appropriate KPIs

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above from top schools, MBA degree is highly preferred
  • Minimum 5 yearsâ working experience in consulting firm, with better have exposure to pharmaceutical industry or consumer health (strong FMCG experience is also a plus)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project management capabilities
  • Experience and proven success in working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, logical and strategic thinking ability
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
