Position Summary:

1ãThis role is equally passionate about driving excellence in customer applications & technical support for both the pre-sales process and post-sales installation, training and troubleshooting.

2ãWorks closely with customers to identify market opportunities through development and commercialization of new applications on systems.

Main Responsibilities:

1ãAccompanies Sales Representatives to provide technical and applications expertise in response to customer inquiries.

2ãPerforms product demonstrations in the field or lab.

3ãPrepares and presents seminars to customers, potential customers and employees as requested. 4ãPlans and delivers user meetings in the field application.

5ãAttends technical training and scientific meetings to gain information on new trends, products and discoveries affecting

Qualification:

1ãPhD major in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology or related majors.

2ãSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in flow cytometry, microplate reader, HCS and microscopy.

3ãAble and willing to learning new technology and new skill. 4ãExcellent client-facing and internal interpersonal skills. 5ãLocation in Suzhou or Nanjing
