Job Description:

工作职责：
1.在负责的区域或客户范围内，维护现有的门店，并根据公司的要求开拓新门店
2.负责门店拜访和数据收集，并根据玛氏陈列标准进行陈列改善
3.负责门店活动的沟通和执行

岗位要求：
1.本科或以上学历，工作经验1-2年。不限城市、专业、毕业院校，我们欢迎所有对长期从事销售工作充满热情，有志于在快消行业销售领域长期发展的毕业生加入，有销售相关实习或体验经历为佳
2.勇于接受挑战，开放进取，坚韧不拔，追求成效
3.重视团队合作，相信团队的力量，具备互惠和共赢的价值观导向
4.注重总结和反思，具备举一反三的快速学习能力，不断寻求进步
5.善于团队合作和灵活的人际交往，具有良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力 
6.对工作地点持有开放态度，愿意配合组织需求进行合理的工作地点调整
