• Field supervision especially with regards to safety, quality and efficiency

• Encourage the mechanical technician team to achieve the complex/plant objectives and inspires team members to be more innovative, open and transparent.

 Education: associate degree or above
 Working Experience: 10+ years’ mechanical maintenance experience in petrochemical or chemical industry

-Solid knowledge about mechanical and rotating equipment that used in chemical plants
扎实的化工机械和转动设备知识。
