Job Description

岗位职责:

  1. 根据下达的销售任务计划，分解和落实机构的销售目标，并推动业绩达标；

  2. 负责高净值业务所辖机构市场推广，协助渠道进行行销支持体系的搭建与完善，协助高净值培训和客户沙龙活动开展；

  3. 负责对所辖机构HNW业务团队进行培训训练，并主讲大型客户沙龙；

  4. 负责机构业绩追踪及分析、市场情况分析等相关工作，并针对市场特点进行课程开发；

  5. 从业务推动角度，协助渠道及机构进行保单跟进，提升承保率； 6. 外部合作渠道的沟通、拓展。

知识/技能/能力/学历:

  1. 本科或以上学历，10年以上保险/银行/财富管理相关工作经验；

  2. 熟悉高净值客户的需求与服务模式；

  3. 具有较强的业务培训、沙龙演讲、沟通合作能力；

  4. 对新业务机会持有开放的心态，并且具有较强的快速学习能力；

  5. 极强的使命感、自我驱动力、能在本区域内接受一定量的出差支持各机构；

  6. 有金融相关专业证书者优先。
