Day to Day Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, QA, etc. to optimize daily production plan to fulfill the melt requirements.
2. Execute production plan through ERP system and ensure tactical plan is executed on time and elevate any potential risks to meeting requirements to the Supply chain manager.
3. Co-work with Procurement/Logistics team to ensure raw/packing material are prepared and shipments are arranged in a timely manner.
4. Create sales order for shipment through ERP system.
5. Provide guidance to the operating units on what to prioritize for shipment and ensure glass on hold at plants gets dispositioned and released.
6. Engage into discussion for Engineering experiment, development projects, line/product qualification at the plant and schedule accordingly.
7. Track shipment volume based on PO to ensure shipment/invoicing are executed properly.

Education & Experience  

12. Bachelor’s degree, majored in Supply chain / Industrial Engineering or related field.
13. 2-3 years of working experiences in Supply Chain, Production planning and/or Logistics experience preferred. Work experience in international company is an advantage.
