We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Amazon Private Brands (APB) Finance team supporting the supply chain, negotiations, and sustainability pillars across our WW Hardlines (HPB), Softlines (SPB) and Consumables (CPB) businesses. Key job responsibilities
•\tProvide APB leadership support by publishing timely financial reporting, appendices and insights for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews, Pillar reviews, and Operational Planning docs
•\tCreate meaningful reporting and analysis structure that will drive business improvements and help measure and identify Cost-out-Initiatives
•\tRecommend, develop and implement financial controllership tools to guide our business partners in achieving our growth and profitability goals
•\tWork with partner teams including category finance to deliver continuous improvements to worldwide planning and reporting processes
•\tPartner with the central Business Intelligence team to standardize and centralize key business performance metrics
•\tTranslate multi-year financial plans into KPIs, reporting tools, and goals which can be used to diagnose trends and support business decisions
•\tDevelop and drive roadmap of process improvements to improve accuracy and automate manual work

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree

- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience

- MBA, or CPA

- Knowledge of Tableau
