Job Responsibilities

Receiving and responding on change requests from suppliers/Internal
- Drive the approval process with internal stakeholders
- Communicate the result of the request to the Supplier, Go/ NoGo and e.g. Timeframe
- Track and report internal change control status
Follow up on the progress of the SPAPP activities related to the supplier
- Request relevant Supplier PPAP documents which will demonstrate evidence of the supplier quality planning, controls and verification results
- Ensure that all Quality requirements are understood by the Supplier
- Assess and give Approval of the SPPAP documents and upload to SAP
- Sign the PSW and send it to the Supplier as an approval for mass production
Supplier claim handling
- Evaluate failures against the part specification and Danfoss non-part requirements
- Identify if the failure is a recurrence
- Issuing claims to Supplier follow up on activities
- Identify the level of 8D required - 3D analysis, 5D analysis or 8D analysis
- Control that containment, corrective and preventive actions are implemented, verified and validated (8D)
Supplier and Internal NC handling
- Lead supplier NC handling and corrective action validation
- Lead/Support internal NC disposition and root cause analysis
- NC review and reporting
Handle supplier requests of waivers
- Collect relevant information about the deviation
- Secure relevant functions to give inputs before final approval
- Secure Supplier waivers being signed by responsible person
Conducting technical audits at Suppliers
Lead supplier performance validation and improvement

Background & Skills

-Mechanical/Electrical related Bachelor or higher
-At least 2 years SQE/QA/QE related experience
-Familiar with PPAP process, FMEA, Control plan and quality tools
-TS16949 internal auditor is preferred
-English can be as work language
