Job Description:

Mars Talent Acquisition team is driving our ambition – “Understand the market to bring talent insights to Mars.  Know, engage, attract and hire the candidates we need today, for the business of tomorrow.”

The role is more than recruiting – You will cover the basics of recruiting but more importantly, networking and leveraging your technical and business knowledge to deliver meaningful candidate sourcing solutions which promote various methods to source, evaluate and pipeline talents for Mars.

What are we looking for?

1. Education & Professional Qualification

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor degree holder with at least 3 years of experience

2. Knowledge/Experience

  • Proven experience in recruitment sourcing and search tools (e.g. LinkedIn/ Boolean search strings, database/ network/ job board sourcing etc.), background from recruitment agency is preferred.
  • Experience of Candidate Relationship Management, including attracting and developing prospects into candidates, engaging and sustaining relationship, screening and interviewing
  • In-depth understanding of the China talent markets, recruitment trends, and best practices. Knowledge of talent pipelines, a proactive talent supply strategy involving the creation of a continuous stream of highly qualified candidates in anticipation of filling critical or recurrent role of openings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. Resilience under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and collaborate effectively with internal TA team and key stakeholders.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Talent Sourcing – Identify and leverage diverse channels, both traditional, cutting-edge and social recruitment to attract and engage with the best talent in the market. Conduct talent mapping to build talent pipeline and addressing immediate or future talent needs.
  • Candidate Relationship Management – attract and develop prospects into candidates, engage and sustain the relationship.
  • Candidate Screening & Assessment – interact with candidates and bring them through the hiring process with necessary support to ensure exceptional candidate experience with Mars.
  • Data Analysis & Talent insights – Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the hiring process, enhancing efficiency and candidate experience, continually contribute to the knowledge base of talent market intelligence.
