Maximizing the value creation of China's end-to-end supply chain in digitalization, master data management, inventory management, business excellence, and work methods to establish a sustainable competitive advantage. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

岗位主要职责是最大化中国端到端供应链在数字化、主数据管理、库存管理和业务卓越以及工作方式上的价值创造,以建立可持续的计划竞争优势。这包括但不限于以下职责:

1. Leading and driving the digital transformation of the supply chain: Developing and executing digital strategies, driving digital transformation in various aspects of the supply chain, including implementing digital systems, promoting data analysis, and advancing intelligent operations.

领导和推动供应链数字化转型:制定和执行数字化策略,推动供应链各环节的数字化改造,包括数字化系统的实施、数据分析和智能化运营的推进等。

2. Managing and optimizing master data: Responsible for master data management process coordination and master data maintenance to support various business requirement fulfillment.

管理和优化主数据:负责主数据管理,确保准确、完整和一致的数据,促进决策的准确性和运营的高效性。

3. Managing and optimizing inventory: Conducting inventory planning and optimization, ensuring the optimal balance of inventory levels, reducing inventory costs and risks, and improving the responsiveness and service levels of the supply chain.

管理和优化库存:开展库存规划和优化,确保库存水平的最佳平衡,减少库存成本和风险,提高供应链的响应能力和服务水平。

4. Promoting business excellence: Driving supply chain excellence through continuous improvement and sharing of best practices, enhancing process efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

5. Optimizing work methods: Leading and promoting workflow optimization and improvement, achieving higher efficiency, collaboration, and flexibility in work methods, and improving team effectiveness and employee work experience.

China Pharm E2E Supply Digital

Act as coordinator to collaborate with cross function team representatives to governance the cross functional digital case and share functional digital good practice. Manage the key stakeholder's expectation.

中国制药端到端供应数字化

以协调人的身份联动跨部门数字化代表完成跨部门数字化案例的管理并分享好的数字化实践。沟通并管理好关键利益相关方的期待。

China E2E supply chain digital governance

Central governance the digital case from digital idea initiation all the way to digital project execution.

Digital capability training to develop digital tool SME and encourage SME support the quick-win digital case and share the digital story.

中国端到端供应链数字化管理

集中管理数字化案例,覆盖从数字化的好的想法到数字化解决方案落地的全流程管理。

通过数字化能力培训来发展培养数字化工具SME并鼓励SME积极支持数字化Quick Win方案的落地,积极在团队分享数字化故事。

主数据管理MMDO

Lead the effective, compliant execution of MDM maintenance processes for MD creation - lifecycle maintenance - de-activation, translating business needs into Master Data changes and updates.

负责主数据维护工作以高效,合规的方式执行,主数据维护包含新建,生命周期数据修改以及数据标记删除,需要支持将业务需求转换为主数据的变更方案。

As master data owner, standardize the E2E master data management process for SAP and OMP master data management.

作为主数据负责人,积极推进SAP和OMP端到端主数据管理流程的标准化。

Identify risks and drive continuous improvements in data management through technological innovation, operational improvement, and championing adoption.

Manage the planning KPI and Metrics to drive the planning excellence.

Standardize and improve planning processes and introduces new processes based on their function expertise, external best practices, and enterprise planning standards.

Works closely with E2E SC leaders to improve training structural, define the training plan to enhance planner's capabilities.

Create and maintain functional community of practices (CoPs) with key subject matter experts (SME) to facilitate the sharing of best practice, deliver system and process training and improvement projects.

Project Management

Support or lead strategic project in E2E supply chain to drive business value.

库存管理Inventory Management:

Plans inventory according to requirements, to meet both customer service and inventory targets. Provides inventory projections and analyzes actuals versus the projections.

Leads identification of inventory management opportunities that improve profitability through cost reduction, cost avoidance, and process improvements on a cross functional basis.

Preparing special reports, statistics and graphs used to analyze data.

提供用于数据分析的报告,统计数据和图表。

合规管理Compliance Management:

Follow up GMP/GSP, EHS、IT and Finance related MAP, CAPA, COC, NC, comply with environmental, safety and industry hygiene regulations and J&J requirements.

落实GMP/GSP、EHS、信息、财务相关的MAP、CAPA、COC、NC 等计划部门相关的后续行动。确保所有的操作符合环境、安全、行业卫生法规的要求及强生集团内部的要求。
