Proactively contribute to the commercial organization in reaching business goals independently and through leading the team and working with cross-functional teams.   Drive the assay entry into customers and improve utilization to achieve the assay sales target through the efforts of Clinical Consultant team and other functions or distributors  Coordinate with sales, marketing, service, regulatory and all relevant departments to ensure cross-function collaboration  Supervise and implement DBS tools during daily management  Interact and drive key opinion/visionary leaders in field of expertise for commercial support/use  Collecting, analyzing and sharing market information (public procurements, competitors, business partners) and share with team and shareholders  Develops strategic plans to drive business across stakeholders and implement it to the field with well positioned competency development of teams.
