Job Description

作为CFO，您的工作内容包含（但不限于）以下层面：

参与战略决策：作为公司高管协助CEO和管理团队规划并执行公司战略方向；领导财务运营：从集团视角主导企业集团、子公司财务运营管理，确保资源有效规划与利用以及财务团队的高效运营；业务财务赋能：从业财角度CFO将发挥对业务产业链的支持工作，以预算、信息化等为抓手，在市场、产品、价格、服务等多维支持业务合理决策；优化体系建设：主导优化财务管控体系建设，支撑业务本土化、全国化、国际化的稳健扩张；运营管理支持：协助总经理制定企业运营绩效指标，实时分析跟踪各种指标以帮助管理层及时掌握公司运营状况。

理想的人选画像：

统招本科以上财务相关背景出身，有百亿规模以上复杂生产制造行业CFO岗位历练；对产业价值链财务支持有过切身体验与心得；有集团视角和业务端财务经验，外资加民营企业经验为加分项；有全球化视角，支持过出海业务或海外工作学习经验；具备领导力和全局观，管理过百人团队；风格务实，能够融入民营企业环境。
