主要工作职责Main responsibilities:

1. 负责在线生产活动的质量监督，以确保其生产过程符合公司质量要求。 Monitor in process quality activities, to ensure the production activities comply with the quality requirement.

2. 负责对在检验期间向P&PC工程师或主管回报不合格信息，协助不合格现象处理 Detect and report the nonconformance to P&PC Engineer or leader ,and assist them in nonconformity handing

3. 负责在线生产活动的质量记录整理和审查，确保所有生产质量记录准确完整并符合公司要求To collect and review production records, and make sure all device history record’ integrity, correctness and quality compliance.

4. 检验设备的保养 Maintain test equipment and inspection tools

5. 执行生产和过程控制工程师或主管分配的其它工作。Conduct other tasks assigned by P&PC control department leader, engineer or supervisor.

知识/技能/工作经验Required Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

1. 高中，技校或以上学历，有机械或电子专业背景者优先High school above，background in mechanical or electronic is preferred

2. 至少1年以上制造业质量控制经验，具有医疗行业GMP工作经验者优先考虑Minimum 1years quality control experience in manufacturing ,with GMP experience in medical industry is preferable

3. 能进行简单地英语会话，具有基础的英语阅读书写能力优先考虑。 Simple English conversation, basic English reading and written Skill are preferable.

4. 了解ISO9001或ISO13485、QSR、GMP等质量管理体系程序。 Know basic knowledge of ISO9001 or ISO13485, QSR, GMP requirement.

5. 掌握一定的在线质量控制统计技术如AQL， SPC. Have certain statistic tool knowledge in process control, like AQL, SPC.

6. 熟悉尺寸检验工具如卡尺, 千分尺等。 Familiar with dimension measurement tools like caliper, micrometers.

7. 基本的计算机能力Basic Microsoft skill.
