主è¦èè´£ Core Job Responsibilities

• æ¯æææ¯ååæ¶å¤ç设å¤åºç°çåæºæé，ç®ä¿è®¾å¤çæ´ä½è¿èæçè¾¾å°è®¾å®çè¦æ±．
• Support technician to solve various machine faults to make sure equipment overall efficiency to meet requirements.
• é对设å¤åºç°çä¸äºé大ç设å¤æé,è½å¤æä¾ç»´ä¿®å¢é解å³æèç³»å½å¤çä¾åºååæ¶è§£å³.
• For several major equipment faults, lead related maintenance team or cooperate with oversea contractors to solve on time.
• è´è´£å¹¶æ§èç¸å³çé¹ç®åè°ä¸å®æ½，æ¯æé¹ç®éªè¯åæ¬IQ,OQ,PQ è¿ç¨，ç®ä¿è®¾å¤æ¯éè¿éªè¯åæ ¼çã
• Be responsible for conducting related project and implement, include the installation of new equipment and support the validation include IQ, OQ,PQ, ensure equipment is validated and qualified.
• æ¯æå¶å®å¤ä»¶æ¸å，å¨ç®ä¿ç产é¶ä¸­æ­çåæä¸å¶å®æä¼åçå¤ä»¶åºå­éã
• Support to develop spare parts list, ensure zero disruption to production while update the inventory information to low the optimum level
• æåºå»ºè®¾æ§å¯å®æ½æ§å»ºè®®，åä¸å¹¶æ¯æ设å¤å¯é æ§ãå®å¨åè´¨éç¸å³çå¯æç»­æ§æ¹è¿ã
• Raise advisable suggestions, take part in or dominate the continuous improvement equipment reliability, safety and quality
• è´è´£è®¾å¤æéçæ ¹æºåæ，è¯å«åºç¸åºå¯¹ç­å¹¶è·è¸ªå®æ½è¿åº¦ã
• Analyze root cause of machine problem, identify the solution, and follow up the progress.
• è´è´£å¶å®èè´£èå´åç³»ç»çSOP, Job aid,以ååç§é¢é²æ§ç»´æ¤è®å.
• Be responsible for developing related SOP, job aid and PDM plan, PM plan in scope.
• ä½ä¸ºè®¾å¤ææ¯ä¸å®¶，æä¾ä¸ä¸ç设å¤æ¹è¿，æ¯æåæ´æ§å¶，é¹ç®éªè¯，CAPAç¸å³çè°æ¥&纠正
• As a equipment technical SME, provide equipment expertise and support to change control, investigations & solution generations related to CAPAs
• ç»çå®æçå¶ä»èè´£.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Manager

æä½å­¦åè¦æ±Minimum Education

• 大ä¸ä»¥ä¸å­¦å，æºæ¢°/çµæ°/èªå¨åç¸å³ä¸ä¸
• College degree and above, and major in mechanical/electrical/automation related discipline

æä½ç»éª/å¹è®­è¦æ±Minimum Experience / Training Required

• è³å°3å¹´åå­¦æå¶è¯èä¸çå·¥ä½ç»éª（æµä½å溶液å¶å¤ååè£ç­）
• At least 3 work experiences (fluids & solutions preparation & package, etc.) in chemical or pharmaceutical industries
• è³å°5å¹´çå·¥ç¨ç»´ä¿®ç¸å³ç»éª
• At least 5 years maintenance work experience
• è¯å¥½çæ²é，é¢å¯¼è½å，解å³é®é¢è½å，人éå³ç³»åå¢éåä½è½å
• Good communication, leadership, problem solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• çæOffice，AutoCADç­ç¸å³è½¯ä»¶
• Be familiar with Office, AutoCAD, and other related software
• è¯å¥½ç中è±æé读，åä½，å¬ååå£è¯­è½å
• Good read, write, listen and speak in English and Mandarin
