Job Description

职位描述：

高级医药信息专员，负责成都及四川外围部分重点零售KA客户

工作职责：

• 通过与零售客户合作，找到生意机会点，完成区域目标；
• 与客户合作零售CRM项目管理，延长DOT
• 负责辖区内重点院边及零售门店，推动公司院店项目发展
• 与零售客户总部/分部/片区对接，推动公司产品可及性、依从性、专业性提升；
• 通过数据分析/PPT呈现等形式，分析客户生意机会，完成年度JBP、季度及月度生意回顾并执行提升销售的行动计划，推动辖区零售客户生意增长；
• 掌握疾病及产品专业知识，赋能零售客户专业性

基本技能

• 较强的Excel数据分析能力，具备数据敏感性，并能从数据中挖掘生意机会
• 较强的PPT呈现及演讲能力
• 有过零售连锁管理经验，大客户管理经验有限

基本要求：

学历背景:

• 大专或以上学历；本科，医学、药学或相关专业优先

工作经验:

• 2-3年零售KA管理工作经验；
