Job Description

工作职责:

区域目标

  • 在指定的区域内, 达到指定产品的目标业绩,市场占有率和增长率,并有效地利用资源和控制费用
  • 按照公司规定的医疗机构覆盖和拜访频率,制定相应医疗机构的拜访计划并实施
  • 运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向医疗机构提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题),使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益
  • 保持高水准的专业拜访,不断提高医疗机构的满意度,并建立长久良好的合作交流关系
  • 挖掘现有市场潜力,并不断开发潜在市场,保证公司产品市场占有率的增长
  • 执行公司市场开发策略和计划,完成新产品的进药计划
  • 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品

区域管理

  • 通过区域目标管理,确立本辖区的目标和计划,达到预期的业绩目标、市场占有率和增长率,并最大程度地开发辖区内的潜在市场
  • 建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的医疗机构资料,并利用这些资料来制定行动计划,安排拜访活动,有效及充分地利用时间
  • 定期分析区域情况,确立有潜力的市场作为区域发展的重点
  • 及时通知医疗机构的医务人员或药事人员有关服务,产品,价格,供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息
  • 跟踪、了解医疗机构库存,进货情况,确保合理的库存及防止断货情形的发生
  • 确保医疗机构每月产品的消耗,防止产品过期退回
  • 与市场和商务部配合,和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系,以使招标和医保目录评审的成功
  • 了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动,收集竞争者的市场资讯,及时反映给上级主管,并提供相应意见
  • 及时、准确地完成各项报表
  • 有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源

产品知识

  • 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识,确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致
  • 通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用
  • 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广
  • 阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告
  • 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

职业操守 

  • 确保在产品推广和日常工作中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度,保证自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则
