Purpose of Role

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Employment Law

The Legal Rookie focusing on Employment Law will partner with our Employment Counsel team that provides day-to-day legal advice and counsel on a wide range of domestic and international labor and employment matters.  They will have the opportunity to partner closely with Human Resources teams on various legal, training and compliance initiatives.  This opportunity will appeal to students current working toward a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December XXXX - July XXXX).
