Operations Director

âWe have a new role for an Operations Manager to join a professional operation and maintenance company within the Renewables industry. The organisation currently holds 1GW and is expected to reach 2.5GW by the end of 2024.

• Understand the national policies and industry trends of the wind power industry in each region,

• Responsible for the comprehensive economic situation analysis of the region,

• Conduct market research and analysis on wind power development projects,

• Providing a reference basis for the company's marketing department layout decisions;

• Comprehensively understand the progress of relevant work tasks, promptly support feedback issues from each project, and supervise and assess the completion of work tasks;

• Responsible for internal and external technical communication, coordinating and solving relevant technical problems;

• Based on project operation needs, coordinate internal and external project-related units to establish long-term and effective cooperative relationships.

• Establish a project cost control system, strengthen cost management, and overall control;

• Lead the preparation of various systems, procedures and specifications for wind power projects to ensure the safe production, operations, and maintenance of various projects;

• Actively carry out team training to improve the teamâs business capabilities;

• Other work matters assigned by the leader;

• Full-time undergraduate degree or above (including self-study examination), major in electrical and related fields, priority will be given to graduates from 211 colleges and universities

• More than 8 years of working experience in the new energy operation and maintenance (wind farms, new energy power plants) industry, more than 5 years of working experience in the same position, and experience in wind turbine OEMs is preferred

• Hold an electrical-related intermediate engineer certificate

• Good at communication, strong public relations skills, and excellent team assistance ability

• Good writing skills, good at summarizing and analyzing

• Able to adapt to frequent business trips
