Who you are:

Lead the project to build up logistics distribution centre in warehouse, cooperate with ERP project team to upgrade the Axapta to D365, meanwhile effectively connect the WMS of automatic warehouse to D365. Lead the warehouse team to ensure fast goods receipt and goods issue to production. Make sure that all material movements are correctly booked in ERP system to maintain a high stock accuracy. Continuous improve the warehouse management process and logistics activities.

About the job:

  • Lead the project to build up logistics distribution centre in warehouse.
  • Cooperate with ERP project team to upgrade the Axapta to D365, meanwhile effectively connect the WMS of automatic warehouse to D365.
  • Daily management of warehouse
  • Follow the standard warehouse processes and seek for potentials to improve the current process.
  • Optimize warehouse layout in order to utilize the warehouse to its maximum.
  • Establish routines to ensure that correct data are entered into our ERP system (Axapta/D365) timely to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Implement 5S in warehouse.
  • Implement kanban supply with production.
  • Establish routines for regular stocktaking and ensure that all relevant material will be stored under correct conditions following FIFO.
  • Continuously communicate and coordinate with interface department to improve the service and supply chain.

What you know：

Knowledge and skills

  • Minimum 10 years working experience in related industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a warehouse/logistics leader
  • High sense of warehouse management system and effective logistics concept.
  • Project experiences in building up logistics distribution center.
  • Experienced in warehouse management, familiar with supply chain concept
  • Good communication skills and be able to speak/write English
  • Good leadership skill, team player and work well under stress
  • Systematic thinking, be able to follow up multiple tasks
  • Familiar with Microsoft-Office package tools
  • Lean and 6 sigma knowledge and project experience is a plus
