Objective:
ABS Senior ABS Specialist:
- deliver professional ABS consult service
- be responsible for ABS service, training to sales/MSO manager in one region.

Main Tasks:
- As OEM certificated ABS trainer to provide Vision 360TM based consultant services and on-site training
- Independently provide customized value-added solutions to shop
- Support and cooperate with sales team, account management team with ABS intelligence for maintain exist business and business development.
- Summarize, document and report each project.
- Competitors analysis: collect, understand and analysis market needs on ABS.
- Coordinate and steer the new ABS tool development (from experience, from other players, from digitalization and consultant)
- Independently, be responsible for at least one of the following projects:
1) Core competency of ABS solution for consolidate B/P projects (MSO)
2) project management OEM/MSO ABS project
3) workflow manager development and promotion project
4) deliver internal and external professional training to responsible region or area

- Education: College or equivalent level
- Working Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in automotive industry, automotive industry related consult and training experiences
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Automotive industry & Refinish coatings
- Customer oriented and logistic thinking
- Strong communication/coordination abilities with BASF internal and BASF partners in Asia Pacific with Chinese and English, a local Asia Pacific language is a plus
- Excellent skills with offices, Excel
