Job Requirements:

Provides the technical expertise on all matters of Maintenance Excellence. Recommends and develops the needed improvements of equipment maintenance including philosophies, strategies and best maintenance practices.  Closely work with site production and maintenance group and use particular expertise to conduct predictive and preventive maintenance, planning and scheduling (daily and turn around planning), reliability improvement, materials management, contract administration and performance measurement and analysis.

• Perform mechanical layout, design, routing and equipment / material selection.
• Check the accuracy, completeness and quality of any aspect of mechanical systems on the plant.
• Prepare mechanical material specifications for inquiry and order
• Providing technical expertise for installation, check-out, maintenance procedures and start-up of all new critical equipment.
• Assuring that necessary spare parts are identified and inventoried
• Identify key equipment and parts, develop and improve PPM system.
• Monitor equipment performance and trouble shoot equipment problems
• Apply engineering theory, practices, and principles to lead equipment root cause failure analysis
• Develop equipment repair procedures, providing input into needed equipment inspection and repair procedures
• Identify training needs for mechanics and other positions supporting site maintenance activities
• Participate in PSM activities as defined by site manuals and practices, mainly focused in mechanical integrity (MI) and quality assurance (QA)
• Analysis and comparison of current practices to industry standard best practices.
• Establishing a continuous improvement plan and a Control Plan to sustain the gains.
• Coordinate maintenance team to achieve the major maintenance metrics, eg. UD, maintenance cost, PPM/PM compliance, control maintenance cost per budget, etc.
• Performs analysis and predicts equipment life in support of process OEE.
• Participate in maintenance and reliability networks and share best practices, successes and failures.

Qualifications:

1, Education: Holds bachelorâs degree in chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument Engineering

2, Working experience: 3- 5 years maintenance working experience in international company. Working experience in Chemical is preferred.

3, Language: Proficiency in English is a necessary.
