Planner Buyer

Position Summary

The Straumann Group is seeking a dedicated Planner Buyer to develop its new manufacturing campus in the Minhang district of Shanghai, China. This role is responsible for production related materials planning and purchasing; ordering process execution, Inventory control, materials shortage tracking and supplier performance tracking to ensure the production related materials on-time delivery.

This position bases in Shanghai Campus, reports directly to Supply Chain Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Production related materials (raw materials, packaging, chemicals, tools, spare parts, etc) planning and purchasing, keep track and trace the materials shortage to ensure the on-time delivery. 
• è´è´£ç产ç¸å³ç©æï¼åæ¬ä½ä¸éäºåææï¼åè£ææï¼åå­¦åï¼å·¥å·ï¼å¤åå¤ä»¶ï¼çè®åä¸éè´­ï¼è·è¸ªåææç缺ææåµï¼ç®ä¿ä¾åºåç交ä»åæ¶æ§ã
• Execute the ordering process, convert the PR to PO in SAP, generate the PO and modify PO in case of exceptions, send the PO to suppliers with necessary PLM documents or QMS requirements. 
• æ ¹æ®è§å®æ§è订åæµç¨ï¼å¨SAPç³»ç»ä¸­å°éè´­éæ±è½¬æ¢æé购订åï¼çæé购订å并å¨åºç°å¼å¸¸æ¶ä¿®æ¹é购订åï¼å°é购订ååéç»ä¾åºåï¼å¨æéè¦æ¶ééPLMæ件æQMSè¦æ±ã 
• Inventory control according to Company Target, follow up and handle the obsolete and expired materials working together with QA, Procurement and suppliers.

• Supplier performance tracking and escalation if necessary.

• Abide by and be responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5years experience in buyer role in Medical Devices manufacture environment is preferred. 
• 4-5å¹´å»çå¨æ¢°å¶é èä¸ç©æéè´­ç»éªã
• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

• Fluent English in oral & written.

• Familiar with SAP MM module and MS-Office.

• Hands-on, communicative, well demonstrated as a quick learner and team player.
