Job Description

•Lead and manage strategic projects within the Consumer Market, focusing on consumer education integration projects, cross-market consumer education collaboration, and consumer education monitoring and evaluation.•Analyze market dynamic and consumer demands to provide targeted strategic advice and solutions.•Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, with a particular emphasis on coordinating and integrating consumer education initiatives.•Manage the budget and resource allocation for consumer education strategic projects.•Monitor and evaluate the execution of consumer education projects and provide regular reports to senior management on their impact on business development.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as marketing strategy and consulting. A Master's degree is preferred.•Excellent strategic thinking and business insight to identify opportunities and challenges in the consumer.•Strong project management skills to effectively plan, organize, and manage multiple consumer education projects.•Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills to collaborate and coordinate with employees at all levels, with a particular emphasis on leading and developing the consumer education team.•Solid business acumen and results orientation to make strategic contributions to the company's business growth in the consumer education field.
