As a artwork coordinator youâll be responsible for packaging artwork design for all Signify and Philips related products and managing end-to-end projects for the global lighting market. All projects entail communication and alignment with stake holds internal and external as well as with our artwork agencies and printers - so creativity, strong stakeholder management and a love for managing design projects should be in your DNA.

What youâll do

  • Manage packaging artwork creation, Co-create with line manager, Packaging Business partner, packaging engineer and or project leader from BUs and other functions the assignment and translate it into project plan including, scope, schedule, requirements, cost, quality, risks, RACI and communication.
  • Responsible for delivering necessary inputs for the project realization to meet customer expectations working in close cooperation with Packaging Engineers, Product managers, quality, compliance, graphic agencies, and other relevant functions in the process to achieve project objectives.
  • Execute artwork creation and release based on project plan and schedules, monitor, manage risk, and escalate to project team leader and/or line manager in case of delays or problems, identify solutions, and implement them.
  • Ensure providing packaging suppliers with suitable artwork designs and color management requirements. Responsible to maintain the project status track.
  • Initiating and implement of packaging creation process improvements and lesson learnings (Internal and with external partners âAgencies, Printers).
  • Responsible for budget control and checking graphic agencies invoicing vs requests and approval for payments.

Your qualifications

  • Experienced for project management.

  • Major in packaging engineering or related packaging printing engineering.

  • Understood the whole process for how to create and implement an artwork.

  • Good knowledge for Microsoft and Adobe software tool, such as Excel/Power point/ Photoshop/ Illustrator/Acrobat etc.

  • Good communication and persuasion skill.

  • Printing and Color management are preferred.

  • Quick leaner, ability to manage the stress on very tight deadline and high pressure from business.

  • English is the must. - to manage Videoconference with global team.
