LCM Manager

• Policy: Learn and comply to policies and procedures from JJMSZ and Ethicon and ensure all job tasks and projects are under compliance.

• Training: complete required trainings within required time, including current policies/procedure change and new tasks and procedures.

• Safety: follow EHS requirements.

• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

• For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.

• Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

• Responsible for strategic planning of Endo-mech and Energy products in China market. Work closely with marketing, supply chain, manufacturing plant and other functions to define long-term product strategy and support lead related project execution.

• LCM manager works closely with GTO, Marketing, RA, Planning, Labeling, Packaging and other functions to support product transfer projects.

• Responsible for resource management and risk management during project execution.

• Responsible for providing technical support and coordinate component and product PIPO (Phase-in/Phase-out) activities.

• Responsible for ensuring all necessary product design change procedures are followed within Ethicon Suzhou plant.

• Responsible for make business plan for GTO Endo/Energy business and ensure business and financial targets are met.

• Responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities and work with team to execute the projects.

• Responsible for Endo-Mech/Energy product master date management (MDM). Work closely with global MDM team and lead local MDM changes and update.

• Responsible for ensuring Ethicon Suzhou made Endo-mech and Energy products are compliance to local UDI regulation.

• Responsible for setting GTO Endo team business target and support direct reports.

• This role occasionally needs business trip.

• Performs other duties assigned as needed
