Job Description
工作职责：
- 通过与零售客户合作，找到生意机会点，完成销售目标；
- 与客户合作零售CRM项目管理，延长DOT
- 负责辖区内重点院边及零售门店，推动公司院店项目发展
- 与零售客户总部/分部/片区对接，推动公司产品可及性、依从性、专业性提升；
- 通过数据分析/PPT呈现等形式，分析客户生意机会，完成年度JBP、季度及月度生意回顾并执行提升销售的行动计划，推动辖区零售客户生意增长；
- 掌握疾病及产品专业知识，赋能零售客户专业性
基本技能
- 较强的Excel数据分析能力，具备数据敏感性，并能从数据中挖掘生意机会
- 较强的PPT呈现及演讲能力
- 有过零售连锁管理经验，大客户管理经验有限
基本要求：
学历背景:
- 大专或以上学历；本科，医学、药学或相关专业优先
工作经验:
- 2-3年零售KA管理工作经验；
