VS Maintenance Engineer

We are currently expanding our Production teams in Jinan & Qingdao and looking for new colleagues who will join our team.

Your tasks:

· Provide maintenance technology expertise in production equipment.
· Lead TPM(Total Production Management) implementation to support productivity improvement and normal production.

· Planning & implementing on regular and specially maintenance activities(AM/PM/TBM).

· Spare parts management to support the normal production.

· Assist VA/VE improvements kaizen improvements in operations.

· Support new machine installation, set-up commissioning.

· Carry out down machine down time analysis and taking action to achieve the maintenance KPI(MTBF/MTTR).

· Promote electricity/mechanical safety awareness and LOTO (lock-out Tag-out) procedure.

Your profile:

· Minimum graduated from technical school or above

· At least two year’s machine maintenance experience with machining environment – Conventional and CNC machine tools and equipment

· Experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance

· Capability of reading both electrical and mechanical drawings
