•Be responsible for managing Lobby Bar and Pool Bar to deliver an excellent guest service while training talent and working within budgeted guidelines.

•To feel comfortable with using all F&B Hotel software as well as general administration programs

•To ensure that outlet is accounted for separately as an individual profit center

•To monitor all costs and recommend/institute measures to control them

•To set and control with the DOFB, any incentive scheme for the department Ambassadors

•Conducts training for the development of Ambassadors

•Coaches and counsels Ambassadors

•Leads and maintains a positive working environment

·Good oral and written communication skills

·Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain

良好的口头及书面沟通能力

至少2年酒店相关运做经验，最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
