Work with cross functional teams (IT, Engineering) on prototype phrase (UATs); Work with Project Engineers to compile and review release system with data and execute post-release action items Provide control and validated solution through analysis of various technical aspects through determination solution of the intelligent manufacturing Define and develop system application transfer between Wuxi and other factory locations Provide guidance and coach engineers in various kinds of intelligent manufacturing projects Ensure intelligent manufacturing projects are completed on-time with accountability and ownership Work with GBPO to coordinate and prioritise the enhancement requests required for the systems/ applications Cooperate with global team for software related project alignment, such as SAPPM, Fabtime, Paperless Ensure good writing documentation Responsible for choosing and qualifying external suppliers Be in charge of at least one or more of the Intelligent Manufacturing aspects: MES, SAPPM, Fabtime, Automation (not limited to this list) Work with Developers/Engineers/ Operation Analysts for intelligent manufacturing projects Collaborate with other factories on transfer projects; Conduct benchmarking with other factories Track the project performance progress and ensure timely delivery of the tasks and prepare comprehensive reports Other tasks from supervisorMinimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 1+ year of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field.
