上海临床研究中心招聘资产管理处试剂耗材采购主管1名

上海临床研究中心是由上海市人民政府批准成立的一家研究型医院,隶属于上海市卫生健康委员会,委托上海科技大学建设和管理,实行理事会领导下的主任负责制。中心于2021年4月29日在上科大揭牌成立,一期建设工程于2022年9月30日正式开工,总建筑面积136895平方米,其中科研设施部分建筑面积37200平方米,计划于2025年底竣工,2026年试运营。中心按照三级综合医院进行规划建设,主要聚焦肿瘤和神经系统疾病,兼顾泛血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、风湿免疫及肌肉骨骼疾病、感官系统疾病等重大疾病。一期设500张床位,其中200张为核定床位,300张为研究型床位。未来根据发展需求,适时发展为1000张床位。现因工作需要,招聘资产管理处试剂耗材采购主管一名。
岗位名称: 试剂耗材采购主管 岗位人数: 岗位职责:
  • 1.负责医疗试剂耗材询价、比价、议价等工作,合理控制采购成本2.负责把控试剂耗材质量,与相关设备采购形成有效闭环管理3.负责拟定商务合同条款,如采购合同、采购招标文件等,并跟进采购流程以确保采购质量和进度4.协助SPD精细化管理工作,对试剂耗材进销量提出有效科学建议5.协助采购台账建立和管理、采购数据维护和采购文档归集工作6.完成领导交办的其他工作

  • 1.认同上海科技大学和上海临床研究中心的举办理念和发展目标,具有创新和跨学科思维,热爱医疗卫生事业2.本科及以上学历,医学、生物医药、生物医学工程相关专业优先3.具有3年以上医疗试剂及耗材采购、管理相关工作经验4.熟悉SPD管理模式、熟练掌握采购系统,具备一定的材料学专业知识5.具备良好的沟通谈判能力和成本意识,具有高度责任感和职业道德,具有较强的学习能力和抗压能力
