Welcome to the Job Description

  • Generate various documents like Manifest, HAWB, and Freight Invoice based on the Working Sheet provided by Customer Service (CS).
  • Validate and record Local costs in PROCARS following the Working Sheet prepared by CS.
  • Prepare and send out Invoices with DDP charge and onforwarding charge for DDU business, and issue Accumulated Invoice as per CS's request.
  • Update documentation as requested by Customer Service, including Manifest, HAWB, and Freight Invoice.
  • Generate shipment numbers in PROCARS, register, and deliver to CS.
  • Create Booking Numbers in PROCARS system.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within a forwarding company.
