Role Description:

• Performing the duties of a project estimator, collaborating with project directors/senior estimators to deliver professional QS services pre and post-contract.

Role Responsibilities:

• Preparing pre-contract cost estimates and project cash flows.
• Developing tender documents.
• Conducting tender and bid evaluations.
• Post-contract management: contract document progress payments estimation, cost change estimation, and cost control reporting.
• Finalizing project settlements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Possessing basic technical knowledge in construction cost estimating, technology, contracts, and law.
• Understanding and familiarity with professional practices and contract management procedures.
• Exhibiting a collaborative team spirit.
• Hold a degree from a recognized institution in quantity surveying, construction engineering, or equivalent field.
• For HVAC or building environment and equipment engineering: Bachelor's degree.
• For Electrical or automation engineering: Bachelor's degree.
• Having a college degree or higher, with 2-3 years of relevant QS work experience.
