Job Description

职位简述:
负责工厂电气与能源相关管理工作;电力系统的规划、实现和监督;工厂整体的能源供应和监控;能源效率管理;电气系统的维修和保养;维修计划的实施;DDC及TPM管理;部门数据统计与处理等。

Responsible for factory electrical and energy related management work; Planning, implementation, and supervision of the power system; The overall energy supply and monitoring of the factory; Energy efficiency management; Repair and maintenance of electrical systems; Implementation of maintenance plans; DDC and TPM management; Department data statistics and processing, etc.

岗位职能职责
1. 为电力系统(高压和低压配电系统、变压器、能源系统、数据布线系统等)提供专业的技术和工程支持。

Provide expert technical and engineering support for electric systems (high voltage and low voltage distribution systems, transformer, energy system, data cabling systems etc.).

2. 电力系统的规划、实现和监督。
Planning, realization and supervision of electric systems.
3. 能源效率管理,实施节能工程。
EEF management, execute the energy saving project.
4. 电气系统的维修和保养。
Repair and maintenance for electric systems.
5. 工厂整体的能源供应和监控。
Media supply and monitor for all factory.
6. 监控和监督维修计划的实施。
Monitor and supervise the implementation for maintenance plan.
7. 维修和保养工作的检查和最终验收。
Check and final acceptance for repair and maintenance work.
8. 设备状况分析(ECA)。
Equipment Condition Analysis (ECA).
9. DDC控制系统。
DDC Control System.
10. 停机管理。
Shut down management.
11. 实施TPM并做出反应,保持电气设施处于***运行状态。
Implement TPM and respond in keeping facilities in optimum running.
12. 管理技术人员团队,包括日常工作安排、值班技术人员、OT等。
Managing technician group including daily work arrangement, Shift Technicians, OT etc.
13. 所有有关文件的组织、更新和结构化工作。
Organization, updating and structured provision of all related documentation.
14. 对采购部门在电气设备设施等投标过程中的支持。
Support of purchasing department during tender procedure.
15. 电气备件管理。
Spare Parts Management.
16. 管理外部承包商和供应商。
Manage external contractor and supplier.
17. 特种设备管理。
Special Equipment Management.
18. 部门数据统计与处理等;
Department data statistics and processing, etc.
19. 其它由部门经理交办的工作。
Other tasks assigned by department managers.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in electric engineering or other related major.
本科及以上学历,电气工程等相关专业。
years above experience in electrical and energy related management area.
3年以上公司(工厂)电气及能源管理相关工作经验
communication and coordination abilities, strong execution and subjective initiative, strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
良好的沟通协调能力,具备较强执行力和主观能动性,较强的责任感与团体合作精神。
Proficient in office software, with basic CAD, power BI operation skills.
熟练使用办公自动化软件,具备CAD、 Power BI等基本操作技能。
Knowledge of ESD
防静电相关知识
High voltage electrician
高压电工证
language skill in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
