Your Responsibilities

Support customer services regarding production process and formulation optimization, ensure a better product application, together with commercial team, Support the market actions from commercial team on conferences, seminars, close-door meetings and fairs, Responsible for the definition of product specifications to satisfy pet requirements and market needs, together with Marketing and Technical teams, In charge of the selection of raw materials and additives, as well as the definition of their specifications, together with Quality, Regulatory and Applied Research teams, Support the Quality team in definition, execution and analysis of the quality control plans for ingredients and finished products. Propose and promote improvements for continuous improvements. Support Research team to evaluate product performance Provide nutritional expertise, when needed, to support product developments and life cycle management Together with global formulation team and procurement, identify and qualify new ingredient opportunities to improve our product formulations Your Profile Master in Animal Nutrition, Feed Science or Food Science, including pet nutrition. At least 3 years of formulation/ production/ quality control experience in animal feed or pet food companies. With strong motivation and team spirits. Ability to organize teams, tolerance to frustration, dynamic, work under pressure, good personal relationships. Sense of urgency and decision making. High level of autonomy, creativity and proactivity. Analytic thinking and problem-solving. Work in matrix organization.
