CSR Auditor

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

Prepare and submit audit reports that are complete, comprehensive and presented in a manner consistent with the BV guidelines. Prepare and submit audit files that are complete and consistent with the BV guidelines. Provide training and develop trainee and associate auditor in daily work. Prepares annual performance evaluation for Auditor and Associate Auditor. Communicate integrity issues to N+1/N+2 or Integrity Manager in a timely manner. Submit complete and accurate time and expense reports in a timely manner. Finish other responsibilities assigned by superiors. Identify auditor's shortcomings and help to improve auditors' knowledge, audit/communication skill to meet client's request. Lead and act as example to auditors in both integrity and work quality. Take initiatives and shoulder responsibilities on workload and professionalism building. Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position) Core skills: Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility Good command of English language skills in written and verbal form. Sound communication and presentation skills. Good communication skill Able to work under pressure Result-orientated, self-motivated. Team leader and player Other skills: Familiar with the operation of factory of consumer production; Knowledge on ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000 preferred; Good command of computer skills, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, etc; Willing to travel frequently Qualifications: College or above degree
