CTE (Customer Technique Engineering) is a Seagate customer-focused team that consistently delivers effective product technical support to our OEM/Cloud customers. PAE (Product Application Engineering) team in the CTE group, focusing on HDD In-System-Performance/Vibration/Acoustic/Power/System level Reliability evaluation and issue closure, working with global cross-functional team to help Seagate product meet customer's requirement.

About the role - you will:

● Manage product requirement for different customers
● Manage and deliver coding script basing on customer's workload, lesson-learn, etc
● Participate in joint qualification/joint technical project with customer
● Learn to solve diversity of issue like In-System-Performance/Vibration/Acoustic/Power/System level Reliability during product qualification and provide Pre-sale and Post-sale technical support to other teams.
● Coordinate activities within cross function teams to achieve timely customer deliverable

About you:

● Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronic and Information Engineering, Physics or other equivalent Science and Engineering qualification
● Initiative of both self-learn and learn from cross-function team
● Good logic thinking capability
● English communication ( speak/write)
● Motivation to communicate with people from various culture

Your experience includes:

● Microsoft tools (PPT,Excel,Word)
● Programming of Python / C / JAVA or other coding language preferred
● HDD/SSD knowledge is a plus
● Linux Shell coding experience is a plus

● 微软工具(PPT、Excel、Word)
● 会使用 Python / C / JAVA 或其他编码语言编程者优先考虑
● 具备硬盘/SSD 知识者优先
● 有 Linux Shell 编码经验者优先
