Risk Manager, Trustworthy Shopping Experience

We are currently looking for a Program Manager to lead the implementation of a seller experience enhancement program, focusing on improving the overall global seller experience and ensuring seller compliance.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who excels in ambiguous situations, is results-driven, and can establish trust with stakeholders effectively.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the WW safety team to enhance the selling partner experience
  • Handle Safety and Compliance escalations from internal partner teams
  • Implement product safety education programs


A Day in the Life: Consolidate and track seller feedback, drive educational initiatives and seller experience enhancements, coordinate with local and global stakeholders, and provide progress reports and insights to the leadership team.

About the Team:

The Trustworthy Shopping Experience Asia Global Selling (TSE AGS) team is dedicated to ensuring the sustainable success of AGS Sellers on Amazon, fostering global business expansion. Our mission revolves around ensuring customer satisfaction by validating product authenticity and quality on the platform. We emphasize early-stage product compliance and safety measures, educate sellers on relevant regulations during onboarding, and strive to elevate the customer experience by addressing safety, quality, and order issues. Through collaboration with business and partner teams, we create customer-centric solutions with global relevance. Additionally, we engage with regulators, law enforcement agencies, and consumer groups to communicate Amazon's steadfast commitment to an exceptional experience for both sellers and customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business development, and management consulting
  • 5+ years of experience in risk management, product/food compliance, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Proven experience in engaging with and presenting to leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, operations, regulatory or risk management, or related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, deadlines, and reporting
  • Passion for problem-solving and process improvement to ensure risk mitigation and a positive customer experience
  • Ability to make well-informed decisions in uncertain scenarios
  • Experience working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
