The Impact You'll Make

Plans and implements activities related to the purchasing of materials, equipment and services for internal company use. Develops, communicates, and enforces company policies and procedures for purchasing. Reviews and approves purchases up to a specified dollar amount. May negotiate major contracts involving large dollar amounts. Monitors the cost, schedule and performance aspects of major contracts and subcontracts. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

What You'll Do

Build up strategic sourcing deployment plan and lead the team to achieve the target and annual operating plan.

Plans and implements activities related to the purchasing of services and materials for internal company use by calibrating with another department & functions.

Develops, communicates, and enforces company policies and procedures for purchasing. Reviews and approves purchases up to a specified dollar amount.

Build procurement strategy to negotiate with major contracts involving large dollar amounts. Monitors the cost, schedule and performance aspects of major contracts and subcontracts. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Lead the team to drive supplier performance improvement from quality, delivery, flexibility, and cost perspective.

Establish matured process to mitigate suppliers' volatility and risks.

Train and develop suppliers to meet company's expectation.

Who We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
